After working in construction for over 20 years, I've gained an abundance of training and experience across a wide spectrum of skill sets. Now as a business owner, I can accommodate those in need and give back to the community.

Exterior Home Improvements
Increase your curb appeal with services including trouble spot pressure washing and siding cleaning or repair, basic hedge trimming, porch rail repair, step repair or paint touch up, shutter cleaning or repair, mailbox repair, touch up or replacement, or door and window trim repair touch up or replacement.
Foundation & Ventilation
Fix broken or non-functional foundation vents, fix or replace crawl space access doors, paint discolored foundation surfaces with specially formulated cement/brick paint to enhance curb appeal.
Seasonal Services
Holiday decoration installation and removal, including Christmas lights, yard decorations, and seasonal storage solutions.

Move In Ready Upgrades
Swap out builder grade fixtures and hardware, add storage shelving, hang pictures and mirrors or add towel bars and TP holders.

A quarterly home maintenance plan so small problems get caught before they turn into big ones.
$600/year or $50/month
Includes quarterly visits of up to 2 hours per visit
Each visit checks for:
Replace HVAC filters (customer provides filters)
Test and adjust door handles and knobs
Check gutters and dryer vents and report condition
Check window function and screen condition and report status
Check caulking around countertops, bathrooms, exterior doors and windows and report
Test smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, replacing batteries as needed (customer provides batteries)
Replace light bulbs as needed (customer provides bulbs)
Inspect garage door hinges, springs, and seals and report
Set up trusted, licensed contractors as needed for any home maintenance need identified
